All bowls and cooling jackets are 100% series 300 stainless steel. Sanitary one-piece nylon bowl seals and O-rings eliminate dough leaks through or around the agitator shafting. Two piece split nylon bowl seals are available when maintenance requires. The NEMA 4 enclosed operator panel with splash-proof push buttons is safety engineered for operator protection. All equipment comes with detailed engineering drawings, operating instructions and maintenance guidelines. Each mixer is equipped with solid mounting adjustable feet which easily allow leveling and anchoring the machine. All control voltage is transformed to a fuse protected 120 VAC supply. The dump and main motor are protected via manual reset overload heaters.
